Matt
Matt is a marketplace and ministry leader with experience in both worlds. He has lead brand turnarounds for some of America’s most respected brands. He has also served as a Pastor and continues to travel and speak to both business and faith-based communities.

Kate
Kate wears many hats. Director, leader, speaker, content creator, mom, and more. She has served in the ministry overseeing generations departments, women’s ministries, and community outreaches. As a co-founder of EmpowerMin she brings a creative touch to all we do. She has a huge generous heart, makes world-class sourdough bread, and is a joy to everyone around her.
